- You may submit one nomination per category.
- Please complete the entire form. If you have questions, contact the Volunteer Connections Manager at 605-274-8795.
- For group or corporate nominations, only the first volunteer listed will receive a complimentary event ticket. Additional members are welcome to attend by purchasing a ticket when ticket sales begin.
