Transition to Success: Coach Training Interest Form

The Transition to Success (TTS) initiative is implemented by the Helpline Center Network of Care. Our vision for this initiative is to make lives better, alleviate poverty in our community, and track and measure our progress in these efforts. To achieve this vision, participation in Transition to Success requires the commitments to sharing all TTS-related data* with the Helpline Center and attending required quarterly training and connection meetings with other TTS Coaches.
